Carl Orff was a German composer and a music educationalist that developed The Orff Approach in the 20th century.
Its core principle is ‘Learning music through experience‘.
Children acquire musical concepts in a creative manner by playing percussion instruments, learning rhymes, chanting, singing, movement, dancing, ensemble playing and improvisation.
