In this workshop, Ms Maggie, the only focaccia bread artist in Singapore, is going to teach us how to create this beautiful Italian bread that is incredibly delicious.
This is a full hands-on workshop whereby you will learn:
- How to make a good focaccia dough from scratch
- How to judge yeast fermentation
- Tips on mapping your own design
- Ingredients selection and preparation
- Techniques to create a focaccia art piece using healthy ingredients.

All ingredients and materials will be provided. Each student will bring back the entire focaccia bread made by yourself in the workshop.
