Together with Artsenze, we've designed a brand new workshop that combines artistic creativity with the joys of hands-on making. The workshop will be conducted by the founder of Artsenze herself, an accomplished artist with years of teaching experience (read more here). Join us and paint selected characters from How to Train Your Dragon and Wreck It Ralph using acrylic paints on wood!
All workshop participants will:
- Draw and paint their chosen cartoon characters on wood
- Create a foldable stand using ice-cream sticks
- Bring home their individual creations
Specific learning outcomes:
- Capture facial features of cartoon characters accurately
- Blend and mix colours to bring out details
- Learn to use hot glue gun and basic joining techniques
