Immerse In The World Of National Geographic’s Ocean Wonders

Which animals rule the marine world in terms of speed and size?

How do you take Insta-worthy pictures of marine creatures without an underwater camera? Do you have an aspiring marine explorer who’d enjoy guided aquarium tours, documentary screenings and interactive activities?

Join at the first ever National Geographic’s Ocean Wonders, happening at S.E.A. Aquarium from 10 March till 20 May 2018.

Exhibition: Ocean Record Breakers

Learn more about the largest, fastest and other amazing marine species at National Geographic’s first ever Ocean Record Breakers exhibition. Be sure to also try your hand at quizzes!

Contest: Marine Photography Adventure

Pick up pro tips from National Geographic and start going around the aquarium to take Insta-worthy images of animals like the Sand Tiger Shark, Poison Arrow Frog and Seahorse – without a fancy underwater camera! On weekends, school holidays and public holidays, there will also be special stations where you can gain deeper insights into animals such as the Sand Tiger Shark and Poison Arrow Frog. Look out for them near their respective habitats.

Once you’re happy with your photos, upload them onto Instagram (switch your profile to public if it isn’t!), tag @rwsentosa and hashtag #rwsoceanwonders to stand a chance to win attractive prizes every month.

Children’s Workshop: National Geographic Ocean Exploration

Learning comes alive as at this fun, interactive and hands-on full-day workshop!

This is Singapore’s first-ever marine science and maritime exploration children’s workshop, specially designed for children aged 7 – 12. Through guided tours, exclusive documentary screenings and interactive activities at both S.E.A. Aquarium and the revamped Maritime Experiential Museum, children will learn what it takes to be a great explorer, and understand the most important global factors for ocean conservation.
