Prenatal Yoga is an excellent routine to help Mums-To-Be cope mentally and physically with the changes and stresses of pregnancy.
The breathing exercises help control natural fears and the simple yoga postures tone and strengthen the body. You will feel healthier and stronger and can enjoy your yoga right up to the birth.
It is important that you are at least 12 weeks pregnant and that you’re Doctor has given you clearance to start exercising.
