Mothercare Baby Fair is from 16 to 21 Jan 2018. HarbourFront will operate from 11am to 9pm daily and online deals are available 24/7.
VIPs are allowed to bring 2 friends along to the VIP Preview at HarbourFront.
- VIP Preview Sale. This is a closed-door event. All VIPs will be screened at the door with their NRIC. This excludes non-VIP members. To check your VIP status, log on to mothercare.com.sg or check with the friendly sales advisors. Online. VIPs shopping online need to log into their account to see/access the VIP prices.
- Membership. Online and offline purchases made during the Mothercare Baby Fair are not allowed to be used for issuance of points for VIP membership applications or renewal. Interested customers may continue to apply for Baby and Me membership at www.mothercare.com.sg.
- Terms of Sale. All sale and promotional items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Customers have to ensure their goods are in proper condition at payment counters or collection counters before leaving. Strictly no reservation of stocks allowed during the Baby Fair period. All sale and promotional items are while stocks last and on the first-come-first-served basis. This is applicable to both purchases made offline and online.
- Collection Point for Purchase of Bulky Items at HarbourFront. The collection point for all purchase of bulky items is at HarbourFront Centre L1 Atrium.
- Theft & Safety. As the store might get overcrowded, Mothercare advises not to bring strollers/pushchairs into the store. Do keep a close watch on your personal belongings. Please do not leave your valuables and baby unattended outside the store.
- Vouchers. They will not be accepting any Mothercare vouchers or mall vouchers. No cash vouchers are accepted online.
