My Gym was created in 1983 by William Caplin and Yacov & Susi Sherman, who opened their first two My Gyms in Santa Monica, California. Utilizing their experience in the fields of sports, dance, early childhood development, kinesiology and gymnastics, they developed a program and facility where children actively participate in a variety of structured, weekly classes.

Today, My Gym has a presence in over 500 outlets in more than 30 countries. 

My Gym Singapore established its first centre in 2005. A group of professionals with a passion in children development brought in My Gym because of its fun and rewarding classes and good quality equipment. My Gym grows leaps and bounds over the last few years and has impacted thousands of children every year since. Today, My Gym is strategically located in Ang Mo Kio, Buona Vista, Farrer Park, Jurong East, Marine Parade, Temasek Boulevard and Tampines. They are committed to bring convenience to the children and parents. 

My Gym’s class is unique from others.

The program is delivered with high energy and focus on children’s engagement. It focuses on the 4 domains of children’s development – physical, social, emotional and cognitive. My Gym designed numerous activities that enhances the “I CAN” attitude, linguistic development, music and rhythm, fine and gross motor skills, auditory and visual stimulation, confidence and self-esteem.
