Introductory Photography Workshop: Capture the beauty of people and nature with the basics

In conjunction with the Singapore Garden Photographer of the Year 2017, join them for a free hands-on photography workshop at Fort Canning Park.

Jointly organised by Nikon and NParks, expert photography instructors from Nikon will share some useful tips on how to capture spectacular moments that will last a lifetime. You will learn about the basics of photography and get tips on taking people and portrait photos in their beautiful parks.

Passionate instructors from Nikon School will take you through a 3-hour interactive workshop which includes both theory and practical elements:

  • An introduction to photography
  • Understanding your camera and the recommended lenses
  • Tips on portrait photography
  • Understanding light and composition

End the workshop with a photo walk at Fort Canning Park where you can put to practice the tips which you have just learnt, with guidance from the instructors.
