This is a beginners course to learn the basics of Stand Up Paddling.
- Ages 13 years old and above,
- Must be able to swim at least 50m with personal floatation device,
- Participants with medical conditions must be certified fit by a medical examiner.
Requirements and Remarks:
- Ages 13 and above.

- A one-time rescheduling of course will be allowed 7 days or more prior to the commence date.
- Classes once registered are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
- Postponement will be allowed for absentee with medical certificate.
