Little Artists For Virtual Reality April Programme

Little Artists For Virtual Reality is Asia's first art-inspired VR pedagogy to nurture young learners ages 4 and up through creative training, spatial thinking and experiential learning.

Clear Benefits

This unique programme teaches kids through art to think big in 3D and apply perspectives in 360-degree to achieve virtual worlds. Curriculum trains your child to develop spatial reasoning through mental rotations, visual transformations and perspectives which are critical for success in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), Architecture, Design and Filming. Research and feedback from this ongoing sessions have shown that young participants from ages 4 and up developed an immediate strong interest to continue hands-on creating, thinking in 3D and becoming more confident in public-speaking even after the programme is over.

“Kids had fun and learnt so much they wouldn't elsewhere! They even practised over dinner immediately after class and at their free time and taught their elder brother and cousins how to make virtual worlds. The programme is amazingly engaging.” - Joan, happy mummy of our 5 and 8 year old participants

"My son was very thrilled and his interest in creating his virtual world and using the app to visualise it carried on for weeks just from one sneak preview of this programme. So I'm convinced and have decided to sign him up for the full programme." - Patricia, supportive mum of 4 year old participant.

Strong curriculum and support

The programme has 6 sessions, each an hour. They use Little Artists For VR app (download free on App Store) that allows kids to quickly visualise their artworks in Virtual Reality and instantly experience the outcome of their own creations. This helps kids in reflective observation and active experimentation critical to honing problem-solving and decision-making skills. Kids will learn to draw on VR templates to achieve their art in 3D environments; they have a large collection of VR templates offer them many ways to create their own virtual worlds.

Leveling up

They have a clear progression roadmap. Graduates of Little Artists For Virtual Reality foundation level can move on to Basic, Intermediate and Advance levels of Immersive Media - digital art, VR storytelling, animation and more. The whole world (including the giant corporates) is turning to immersive media as an important application in study, work and life. Immersive media is also a significant pillar in Singapore's education movement as a Smart Nation. Enrol your child from young and give them a headstart.
