Rules and Regulations
- All participants must sign up on event day on a first-come-first-serve basis. Limited to the 50 families per time slot.
- Registration for Race & Splash will close at 11am.
- Race & Splash is only for SAFRA Family Day Out Participants.
- A minimum of 3 participants is required to qualify for this race.
- Each participant is only allowed to participate once.
- In the event of wet weather, the race will be cancelled.
- SAFRA reserve the right to reject any participants if the above terms & conditions are not met.
- SAFRA will not be held responsible for any personal injury, death, and/ or any other consequential misfortune/accident/loss/damage that may arise in the course of the event.
Terms and Conditions
- The Organisers reserve the right to amend any rules and regulations without prior notice.
- The Organisers reserve the right to cancel or change the venue of the Event.
- The Organisers reserve the right to modify the Event’s program at their sole discretion.
- By registering for this event, participants agree to abide by the rules & regulations of the Event.
- By registering for this event, participants agree to receive updates on future events organised by SAFRA.
- The Organisers reserve the right to use any photographs (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Event, for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors and partners.
- Winners to the event are decided at the discretion of the organiser. No appeals will be entertained.
