Playtime
- Playtime is at 45 minutes per session.
- Kindly arrive on time as there is strictly no extension of play time.
- No changing of booked timeslot is allowed due to limited capacity per timeslot.
Safe Distancing Measures
- Limited capacity per time slot.
- 15 minutes is allocated for the disinfecting of play equipment after each timeslot.
- Kindly practice social distancing at all times in the playground.
- It is mandatory for children aged 6 years old & above to wear either a face mask or face shield in the playground.
- Socks must always be worn in the playground by all. Socks can be purchased at our Concierge.
Anyone spotted not adhering to the above measures may be asked to leave the playground.
Pororo The Little Penguin Bouncy Playground House Rules
To ensure the safety of all families, do ensure that the following regulations are adhered to:
- All children must be in good health before entering the playground. The management reserves the right to refuse or remove entry to anyone who appears to be unwell.
- It is mandatory for children aged 6 years old & above to wear either a face mask or face shield in the playground. Masks are to be worn by all adults (12 years old & above) at any given time.
- The issued wrist tags must be worn at any given time.
- Accompanying parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their children abide by the safe distancing measures of at least 1m distance.
- Kindly arrive on time as there is strictly no extension of play time.
- SAFRA Punggol is not responsible for any injuries caused by improper manner of play.
- No switching of accompanying adult is allowed at any point of time. Any additional adult entering the playground will be charged accordingly if there is an available slot.
- Re-entry within the registered timeslot is allowed for guests who has their wrist tag on.
- Socks must always be worn in the playground.
- Strictly no food and drinks are allowed in the premises.
- All staff have the right to be treated with respect. Any hurtful comments or gestures will not be tolerated.
- For your safety, all rides within this playground are for children only. Parents or guardians are strictly not to ride the equipment.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. SAFRA Punggol accepts no responsibility for any injuries, accidents and/or loss of property.
- SAFRA Punggol reserves the right to alter our operations hours, shorten and/or halt playtime or revise the rules and regulations whenever necessary and without prior notice.
- SAFRA Punggol encourages responsible play and reserves the right to remove non-compliant customers from the playground without refund for the safety and wellbeing of all.
