Parent-Child Floral Workshop – Prepare a Corsage

2-Day Block Printed Sling Bag Sewing Workshop for Kids
- Venue: SAFRA Toa Payoh, Level 2, Dance Studio
- Date: Tue & Wed, 18 & 19 Jun 2019
- Time: 10am - 1pm
In our 2-day block printing and sewing workshop, children will learn basic stitches by hand, how to design a functional sling bag, measure and cut fabrics and learn to sew on buttons. Your child will also learn the basics of traditional wood block printing and pattern design, including how to properly transfer perfect prints onto fabric and create seamless prints on a GOTS certified organic cotton fabric. Each child will leave the workshop with the skills to design and sew more fabric projects at home (no sewing machine needed!) and their very own highly personalised sling bag!
Minimum 4 participants to start.
Suitable for children age 7 - 12 years old.
