Following the great success of an online edition last year, SAFRA Toa Payoh's iconic SAFRA Lil' Stars is back for its 9th edition!
It's time for the lil' stars to shine again! Keeping in mind the safe management measures, encourage your young ones to showcase their amazing skills and talents through vocal, dance or visual arts. Allow them to realise their greatest potential through our competition!

- Deadline for registrations and submissions: Sat, 12 Jun, 1800hrs
- Finals: Not applicable for Visual Arts Category
Eligibility
- The Vocal Solo, Dance Solo and Visual Arts Individual Categories are open to all Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (Singapore) between the ages of 5 to 12 years old as of 31 December 2021.
- Minimum of 2 participants in the same household with at least 1 child below the age of 12 years old is required for FFL (Families for Life) Family Category submissions.

Vocal
Performance Details
- Participants are to take a video of their performance without any edits.
- Start the video with an introduction:
- First name and Last name/Name of Family Group
- Age
- Category (e.g Vocal - Solo Category B)
- Title of Performance and Artist's Name (if applicable)
- Performance may be up to 60 seconds in length (excluding introduction).
- Participants may choose to sing in the following formats:
- Acapella (without background music) or
- With live accompaniment using acoustic instruments (e.g guitar, keyboard, cajon etc) or
- With a backing track/ minus-one (volume has to be lower than actual voice)
Submission
- Participants are only allowed to submit 1 entry per category.
- Participants are to submit their performance by Sat, 12 Jun 2021, 1800hrs to sls@safra.sg
- Participants are to include the following information as well:
- Email Subject: SLS 2021 - Vocal (Category A/B/Family) - Name of Participant/Group
- Cover photo (600 x 600px / square format / 1:1) of self or group (in performance attire)

Dance

Visual Arts
- Participants are required to download and print the A4 template on our website.
- Category A template can be downloaded here.
- Category B/FFL Family Category template can be downloaded here.
- Participants (Cat A) are to complete the template based on their own artistic expression.
- Participants (Cat B) are to complete the template based on their own artistic expression to the Contest theme – Going Beyond to inspire as you achieve your dreams.
- Colouring mediums allowed are:
- Colouring pencils and/or
- Oil pastels and/or
- Acrylic paint and/or
- A combination of any of the above.
- No digital illustrations are allowed.
Submission
- Participants are only allowed to submit 1 entry per category.
- Participants in the individual categories are to ensure that the artwork submitted are done by himself/herself.
- Scan or take a photo of your completed design template.
- Participants are to submit their artwork by Sat, 12 Jun 2021, 1800hrs via email to sls@safra.sg
- Participants are to include the following information as well:
