Festive Spend and Redeem
From 20 Nov - 31 Dec 2021, spend $20 nett in a single receipt at selected F&B or recreation outlets in SAFRA to redeem a $10 SAFRA Rewards Voucher.
Terms and Conditions:
- Redemption is from 20 Nov - 31 Dec 2021, while stocks last.
- Limited to 100 redemptions at each club and each member is only applicable to redeem once at each club.
- Present a same day single receipt with a minimum spend of $20 nett (inclusive of discounts, GST and service tax) at selected F&B or recreation outlet at the 6 SAFRA clubs to redeem a $10 SAFRA Rewards Voucher. Please view the list here.
- Spending at Kidz Amaze, Fins School, EnergyOne Gym and transactions at SAFRA Customer Service Counters, education and enrichment merchant outlets is not applicable for this redemption.
- All redemptions must be made on the same day of purchase. Limited to one (1) redemption per receipt, regardless of amount spent in excess of the minimum spend requirement.
- Online and duplicate receipts will not be accepted for redemption.
- Receipts paid using e-credits at Lifestyle Mart at SAFRA Punggol will not be accepted for redemption.
- Please present your SAFRA membership card and same-day receipt to the Customer Service Officers at the Concierge from 9am to 8.30pm to process your redemption. A photocopy of your receipt will be made for documentation purposes.
- All redemptions are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and not for resale.
- SAFRA reserves the right to withdraw or change any terms & conditions without prior notice. The decision of SAFRA is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
Festive $5 E-voucher
Look out for the 6 clubs' Festive $5 e-Voucher which will be sent to your e-voucher wallet in the mSAFRA app by 20 Nov.
The $5 mSAFRA club e-voucher is valid from 20 Nov to 31 Dec 2021 and it can be utilised at the following merchant outlets with no minimum spend. Limited to first 500 redemptions per club.
