The Line is expanding our range of cuisines offered, and we're adding Peranakan cuisine to the list!



Taking a nostalgic turn on our buffet line, look for authentic Peranakan dishes prepared by guest chef Shermay Lee, founder and owner of her eponymous label, Shermay's Singapore Fine Food.

Sink your teeth on Nyonya family creations and rekindle, or create a love for Peranakan delights with 15 specially curated dishes - in addition to our already amazing buffet spread.

Recipes for the dishes are drawn from Shermay's relaunched cookbook, The New Mrs Lee's Cookbook (in 2 volumes).

About Shermay Lee
A 6th generation Peranakan with strong culinary tradition, Shermay has early memories of being in the kitchen with her grandmother, Mrs Lee Chin Koon, who was considered the doyen of Peranakan cuisine.

Mrs Lee was also the author of famous cookbook, Mrs Lee's Cookbook, a kitchen stalwart published in 1976.
Shermay attended the renowned classical French culinary institute, Le Cordon Bleu, and worked as an investment banker before going into the family business.
