Push your limits at our FIT-Sessions, beat the clock at the 2.4km challenge, form friendships over team games, and bond with your loved ones over sports and more! National Stadium Running Tracks (Free!)

Take your run to the National Stadium when it opens to the public this season from 16 to 19 Mar!

The track is open to fitness enthusiasts in proper sports attire and trainers. Prams, photographers and sightseers must remain on the upper concourse. You can bring along bottled water or energy drinks to keep yourself hydrated.

To create a fun and conducive environment for all, please read our Conditions of Entry prior to your visit.

In the event of a lightning alert, Sports Hub will suspend all activities on the tracks of the National Stadium.

Programme Highlights on16 March

Singapore Disability Sports Council 47th National Athletics Championships

  • 9AM to 1PM

Support our para athletes and cheer them on in this inclusive sports event. The event promotes inclusivity in sports and the community as a whole and sees the inclusion of the deaf community, in addition to persons with a physical, intellectual and visual impairment.

Junior Playcation

  • 9AM to 7PM

Keep your child active and engaged in both mind and body at this unique day camp, where they get to learn creative play, develop their social skills and engage in sports! Learn, practise and master the basic skills of each modified game such as Kin-ball, Tag Rugby and Archery Shoot-out (grouped according to different ages).

Experience Sports Vivo Kids Yoga

  • 12PM to 1PM

Come join us for an hour of creative expression! Experience the great physical and mental benefits of Yoga as your child engages in music, stories, fun games and the different yoga poses.

Experience SportsVivo Kids Multi-Sport Try-out

  • 1PM to 2PM

Vivo Kids aim to inject life, vigour, and realize your child's intra and interpersonal skills through play based multi-sports programme. Focusing on development of fundamental movement skills with group activities, the try-out session will allow your child to pick up the basics of physical development and character building through an array of sports with innovative fun games.

ELXR® Fitness Assessment (16 years old & above)

  • 2PM to 5PM

Guided by professional coaches, test your fitness through 9 exercise modalities which are based on international guidelines and standards! You can now keep track of your fitness progress, raise your game and work towards your fitness goals!

Are you a student-athlete interested in finding out what your physical strengths are? The National Youth Sports Institute (NYSI) is looking for potential youth athletes who can compete at major games. Have a go at the 6 stations to test your physical abilities, such as the 40m Sprint, Vertical Jump, and Hand Grip strength!

Sub-10 Club Challenge (2.4km Run) (16 years old & above)

  • 2PM to 7PM

Think you have what it takes to complete the 2.4km run under 10 minutes? Take up the challenge! Beat the challenge to receive an exclusive Sub-10 Club Challenge T-Shirt – for your bragging rights. Best time in Male and Female categories win $250 each!

Learn-To-Play: Tag Rugby (6-12 years old)

ActiveSG Orienteering

  • 9AM to 1PM

A competitive international sports that is suitable for all ages. It combines racing with navigation – exercise both your mind and body at the same time. Feel the adrenaline rush as you navigate at speed in the National Stadium!

“Come Play Play” Youth Sports Festival

  • 9AM to 6PM

Higher presents Come Play Play 2019 — a sports day out for youths across the nation where participants sweat it out in three games: Captain's Ball, Dodgeball and a mystery game! Be part of an inclusive atmosphere for the youths to be integrated into society as they find a strong support system in the new found friendships.

Community Ultra Ekiden Run

  • 10AM to 5PM

Running enthusiasts will be challenging themselves to complete a distance of 88.8 kilometres within 3 hours at the 100PLUS Promenade. Participants will have to run in groups of four throughout while holding on to the running cord. The running cord facilitates team members’ interaction for better understanding of each member’s pace, encourage teamwork and bonding while running as a team.

Experience Sports Power Intense by Superfit

  • 18 Mar, 7PM to 8.30PM

Do you have friends who can sprint really fast? Are they born sprinters? It might very well be the case! They most likely have 2 functional copies of the ACTN3 gene which allows them to make a special protein, 𝛼 – actinin-3, found only in fast twitch muscle fibres. This protein has been known to be part of a formula that makes up a power athlete!

How to get there?

The Singapore Sports Hub is easily accessible via all transport modes. Public transport by MRT and bus are the easiest forms of transport to get here.

By MRT:

  • Via the Circle Line:
    Stadium MRT Station (CC6) is the nearest station which exits directly into the Singapore Sports Hub.

    Mountbatten MRT Station (CC7) is approximately 600m walking distance from Singapore Sports Hub. This also serves as an alternative station via the Circle Line for leaving the venue.
     
  • Via the East West Line:
    Kallang MRT Station (EW10) is approximately 600m walking distance under a sheltered walkway to the Singapore Sports Hub.
