Little Philosophers – Can a Computer Think?

Little Philosophers – Can a Computer Think?

Little Philosophers is a programme designed to introduce children aged 10 and above to philosophy.

Philosophy investigates the fundamental questions in different aspects of lives, such as "Who am I?", "What makes an action right or wrong?", "Can a computer think?" and so on.

With the rapid development of ‘smart’ technologies and artificial intelligence, it is important to reflect on views of these machines.

Are these machines thinking beings like us? How do we determine whether machines can think and are there problems with such tests? These are some of the questions that will be discussed .
