Mindfulness for parents teaches how to use the skills of mindfulness to:
- Recharge your energy
- Become more patient and calm
- Manage conflicts more easily
- Increase the ability to support and nurture.
Being mindful is a skill that enhances all aspects of life. During this session, you will experience the importance of breath to calm your emotions and body; how being still and peaceful can actually increase your energy and how being mindful gives you more patience to manage with the dramas of family life. And the best thing of all, it’s easy once you know how!
