Mending is trending!

Learn how to sew on a button, rethread elastic, darn and fix a zip - important skills to make your clothes last longer.
Take home a repair sampler to continue your mending journey at home.

Over the 3 hour session:

Stitch it: Learn basic hand sewing stitches.
Button up: sew on missing buttons.
Zip it: fix or replace a broken zip
Quickies: Re-thread cords/elasticated areas
Darn it: mend and darn holes discreetly or in a show off fashion!

Participants will get to take home a repair sampler of the repairs they have learnt. It will come in handy when you want to repair a garment in the future.

No sewing experience needed.
