The 3D2N outdoor resilience camp will run from 3-5 December 2018!
Especially designed for children 6-13 years of age, this 2-nighter camp will allow your children to face new challenges, build confidence and develop grit.
They will also be taught exercises to recognise and regulate their emotions, simple yoga moves to manage their stress and identify different ways to practice self-care.
