Join us for an AMAZE-ing Challenge - help solve the puzzle and find the missing cubbies!
Note: Both parent and child would require a ticket each.

*Do note that if you have not purchased a ticket, completing the form would not guarantee you a spot at the event.
1. Due to the nature of this year's event, participants are:
- required to participate in parent-child / guardian-child groups ($16 per person). The child must be between ages 5 and 10, while accompanying parent / guardian to be above 21 years old.
- advised to come in comfortable clothing (t-shirts will be provided for registrants) and wear socks with shoes. Participants without socks will not be allowed into the play area.
2. Note down your t-shirt size by selecting the relevant option in the registration form.
3. There will be a catered buffet lunch (halal) provided.
4. Every participant will require a ticket to enter the play area; each ticket holder is entitled to an event t-shirt and catered lunch.
5. Attendees of the Kindsville Party who choose to extend their duration of play after the event will be charged at $8 (per child) and $2 (per adult) regardless of membership type. Payment will be made to Kidz Amaze @ SAFRA Jurong.

7. Transfer of registration is allowed, but must be done in writing to kindsville@kindness.sgat least three working days before the event.
