Turn up the music and hit the dance floor with Zumba- a heart-pumping, sweat drenching workout that will boost your cardio, balance and flexibility and guarantee an awesome time

  • Wedneday  Piloxing 

Looking for a different way to get a full body workout? Join for Piloxing- an interval training that combines Pilates, boxing and dance moves for an intense fat-burning session.

  • Thursdays Body Combat™ by Virgin Active

Step into a Body Combat™ workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A Les Mills™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

Admissions are on a first-come-first-served basis. No pre-registration is required. Children below the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult participant.
