"The Lion Inside" by Rachel Bright and Jim Fields is a funny, rhyming picture book that portrays a lion and a mouse's view of bravery and courage from their respective perspectives. Little mouse feels small and thinks that what he needs to do is to learn how to roar loudly and mightily like a lion. However, he soon realises that courage isn't about size or strength at all.
