This November, we will be reading the well loved 'Way Back Home' by the award winning Oliver Jeffers. We love this book about the friendship that develops between a boy and a Martian that he meets on the moon! Despite being strangers, they selflessly reach out to help each other out in a time of need and a tale of intergalactic friendship is born! This is a wonderful book that teaches about the generosity that we want to encourage in our children.
There’s so much sensory play fun that could be had with this picture book! We will bring in concepts about the planets in the galaxy and space travel, so if you have a budding astronaut, this will be perfect! Read, Play, Learn with us.
