Day 1 | Drop Off Culinary Camp by Chef Claire

What you will learn:

  • Homemade Pizza with Assorted Toppings (Ham, Sausage, Pineapple, Tomatoes, Broccoli and other assorted toppings)
  • Confetti Butterfly Buttercream Cake
    • Strawberry Cake
    • Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream(Children can choose their own colours; pink, purple, blue, yellow and green)
    • Basic Cake Decorating & Layering Techniques with canned lychees and sprinkles

What you will prepare:

  • 1 portion for lunch with leftovers to pack home
  • 1 x 6″/7″ Cake (Cake dimensions may differ from photos)

Day 2 | Drop Off Culinary Camp by Chef Claire

  • Homemade Fresh Egg Pasta with Carbonara Sauce (contains Pork Bacon)
  • Chocolate Molten Lava Cake with Freshly Churned Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
  • Vanilla Shortbread Cookies with Royal Icing

What you will prepare:

  • 1 portion for lunch with leftovers to pack home
  • 2 individual lava cakes(Ice cream will not be available to take home)
  • 10-15 assorted cookies
