Uncle Ringo is going to.... Khatib!
From 8 Jan to 4 Feb 2018, they will be at the open field opposite Khatib MRT Station (in front Blk 846 Yishun Ring Road).
There will be the usual suspects like bumper cars, carousel, bouncy castles, etc, and also carnival game stalls to let you try your hand at winning plush toys!
