Epee Programmes
Epee is the most tactical of fencing’s three weapons, requiring patience, strategy, and precision. At MKFA, they offer progressive pathways for every age group:
- MKFA Epee Youth I (Ages 7–9), Beginner: An introduction to fencing through fun, games, and movement exercises. Students build coordination, focus, and confidence while learning the basics of epee.
- MKFA Epee Youth II (Ages 10–12), Beginner & Intermediate: Students strengthen their technical foundation and tactical thinking. The Elite stream prepares young fencers for competitive opportunities.
- MKFA Epee Youth III (Ages 12–14), Beginner, Intermediate & Elite: More advanced drills and sparring develop speed, timing, and endurance. Elite fencers are guided towards national and international competitions.
- MKFA Epee Cadet (Ages 15–17), Beginner, Intermediate & Elite: Teenagers refine their technique while building mental toughness and match experience. Elite athletes work with tailored training programmes to excel in cadet circuits.
- MKFA Epee Junior (Ages 18–20), Beginner, Intermediate & Elite: For young adults, whether starting fresh or chasing competitive excellence. This stage balances technical mastery with physical conditioning and tournament preparation.

Gymnastics Classes
