He will be cooking a few curry dishes (House Brand Butter Chicken, House Brand Paneer and Peas curry, House Brand Fish Curry / Prawn Curry, House Brand Chicken Curry and House Brand Minced Mutton Masala Curry), basmati rice and pappadam for participants to sample.
