A fun way to celebrate this traditional holiday with your little ones, try your hands at making jelly mooncakes – a yummy treat for the whole family that uses healthy ingredients such as Osmanthus flower petals, wolfberries and longans!

List of Ingredients:

  • 5g. agar-agar powder
  • 500ml. water
  • 1 tbsp. Osmanthus flower petals
  • 1 tbsp. wolfberries/goji berries
  • 12 pcs. dried longans, rinsed and chopped into smaller pieces
  • 80g. sugar
  • Mooncake mould
