Indonesia’s beloved pop rockers GIGI are back in Singapore to serve up the same expressive vocals, jazz-influenced guitar licks and potent rhythm section that have made them household names.
Founded in 1994 by frontman Armand Maulana, guitarist Dewa Budjana, bassist Thomas Ramdhan and two others, the Bandung-based group has gone through several changes in their line-up, the latest of which comprises the three with the addition of drummer Gusti Hendy.
GIGI has released 26 albums to date over the course of their illustrious 24-year career. Their most recent, Setia Bersama Menyayangi Dan Mencintai (2017) is a collection of songs with spiritual themes, featuring all members of the band, past and present.
