Follow the NUS Alumni Orchestra on an auditory tour and follow a young child's adventures to see the world
Presented as an experiential show, they'll go on a journey to explore the heroic acts of Prince Igor in Russia, dance along to English folk songs, participate in the rodeo with American cowboys, join in the celebrations of the Chinese tribes, and finally travel back home to the familiar South-East Asian sounds we grew up with. This is a trip you will definitely not want to miss!
The National University of Singapore Alumni Orchestra (NAO), formed in 2016, is the alumni orchestra of the NUS Symphony Orchestra (NUSSO). At its core, NAO comprises a dedicated group of alumni who strongly believe in furthering the NUSSO tradition of bringing music to the community and allowing all to enjoy classical music.
As this is an experiential show, there will be storylines and narratives, and will be suitable for an audience of all ages.
