Play With NAO: Who Killed the Composer

The NUS Alumni Orchestra (NAO) presents “Who Killed the Composer”, an interactive orchestra performance with workshops suitable for the young ones.

This concert will feature a piece by Nathanial Stookey, titled “The Composer is Dead”. Combining music with narration, this piece gives a simple introduction to the different orchestral instruments.

The show will also include hands-on sessions for kids to try out different orchestral instruments, as well as a rhythm workshop* which will be suitable for beginners.

Stay tuned as NAO brings you through the murder mystery, and see if you can guess who killed the composer?

*Limited spaces available on a first come first serve basis for the rhythm workshop.

Founded in 2017, NAO is made up of members formerly from the NUS Symphony Orchestra. The group strives to make classical music enjoyable and accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds.
