Rise and shine with a good mindful stretch and body-scan mindfulness practice to relax the body and mind.

 

Body-scan mindfulness practice is an evidence-based practice that helps to reduce stress in the body and mind which also helps with the management of pain and hypertension.

Join for a mindfulness session with your loved ones at the Eco-Lake Lawn! (5-min walk from Botanic Gardens MRT)

Program

  • 8.00am: Free Gift collection*
  • 8.30am: Mindfulness for Healthy Mind and Body by Dr Christopher Cheok
  • 8.45am: Mindfulness Stretching & Body-Scan Mindfulness Practice
  • 10am: Close

Please bring your own yoga mat.

*Free Gift: choice of picnic mats, caps or carry bags for the first 200 registered attendees. Limited to one picnic mat per family.
