Stamford Connects - Early Years Parenting

Stamford Connects - Early Years Parenting

Children are born ready to connect and learn. Their brains are growing at a tremendous rate in the first 8 years which means they can be more impacted both negatively and positively. While their brains will not be completely developed until they are 25, the early years sets a foundation for future relationships, academic success and wellbeing.

In this webinar, we will explore concepts of neuroscience and how they can help parents better understand and connect with their children. We will look at science-based strategies to help parents teach their children about emotions, connection, being calm and eventually become great problem solvers. Information will be shared from experts in the field such as Dr. Dan Siegel, Becky Bailey, Dr. Bruce Perry and Dr. Nadine Burke. Parents will leave with a list of resources and free printable materials to help support their child’s neuro-development. The webinar will also have a Q&A session where participants can have their questions answered.

We look forward to you joining us on Thursday, 29th September 2022, 12pm – 1pm SGT.
