Three-Hour Free Parking
Customers can enjoy three-hour free parking with just a spending of HK $300 at Pacific Place Mall. Simply present your receipts for redemption at our Concierge Desks.
Baby Changing Room
The baby changing rooms on L1 and L2 provide safe and hygienic areas for parents and babies in comfort and privacy. The rooms are open from 8am – 9pm daily.
Strollers and Wheelchair Lending Service
Strollers and wheelchair can be borrowed from the Concierge Desks from 10am – midnight daily.
Umbrella Lending Service
Umbrellas can be borrowed from the Concierge Desks from 10am – midnight daily with a deposit of HK$100.
